Refund Policy

At Hair Mafia & Company, LLC, our priority is to ensure that you leave our salon satisfied with the services provided. However, due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any services rendered. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will offer a complimentary adjustment to address your concerns.

 

Product Refunds: Refunds or exchanges on retail products are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Please note that all sales on gift cards, special promotions, and discounted services are final and non-refundable.
