Terms & Conditions

Hair Mafia & Company, LLC, located at 1724 12th Avenue, Altoona, PA 16601, provides salon services under the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Disclaimer: All services at Hair Mafia & Company, LLC are performed by trained and licensed professionals. While we strive to achieve the desired results, outcomes may vary for each client. We cannot guarantee specific results and are not liable for any dissatisfaction. Clients are encouraged to communicate any expectations or concerns prior to receiving services.
    

2. Health and Safety: Clients are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that could affect the services or products used. Hair Mafia & Company, LLC is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.
    

3. Cancellation and Deposit Policy: To reschedule an appointment, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. This notice allows us to accommodate other clients and fill the vacancy. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, the full deposit will be forfeited as compensation for the stylist's lost time. All deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if the 24-hour notice is provided. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may also forfeit their deposit if the stylist’s schedule cannot accommodate the delay.
    

4. Personal Belongings: Hair Mafia & Company, LLC is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought into the salon. Clients are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.
    

5. Use of Images: By receiving services at Hair Mafia & Company, LLC, clients consent to the use of before-and-after images for promotional purposes, unless otherwise explicitly stated by the client.
    

6. Privacy Policy: Client information, including contact details and service history, is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent, except as required by law.
    

7. Changes to Services and Policies: Hair Mafia & Company, LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue services and policies at any time without prior notice. Clients will be informed of any significant changes that may affect their experience.
    

This disclaimer is effective as of September 2, 2024. By booking an appointment or receiving services at Hair Mafia & Company, LLC, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms stated above.
